1. ISO/IEC 17025 Fundamentals

Clause-by-clause interpretation of the standard; concepts introduced in the 2017 revision such as impartiality, risk-based thinking and decision rules; practical examples from your laboratory. The starting point for teams building or renewing their system. Related: ISO 17025 consulting.

2. Internal Auditor Training

Audit planning based on ISO 19011, checklist preparation, questioning techniques, vertical audits, writing findings linked to the standard and reporting — optionally finishing with a live audit of your own records. Related: laboratory internal audit.

3. Method Validation and Verification

When validation or verification is required; designing studies for selectivity, LOD/LOQ, trueness, precision, recovery and robustness; statistical evaluation with outlier, F- and t-tests. Related: method validation.

4. Measurement Uncertainty Calculation

Identifying sources of uncertainty, worked GUM and Nordtest calculations, expanded uncertainty, reporting and decision rules. Participants leave with a calculation template for their own methods. Related: measurement uncertainty.

5. Risk and Opportunity Management

Process-based risk analysis, impartiality risk assessment, action planning and effectiveness monitoring.

6. Sampling Techniques

Representative sampling of water, wastewater, soil and other environmental matrices; containers and preservation; transport and field records.

7. Calibration, Intermediate Checks and Metrological Traceability

Equipment management, evaluating calibration certificates against acceptance criteria, planning intermediate checks and the traceability chain.

8. Environmental Legislation and Competency
