1. Data Controller
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Molar Çevre Laboratuvar Mühendislik Danışmanlık Tic. Ltd. Şti. (the “Company”) as data controller, within the scope described below.
2. Personal Data Processed
- Identity and contact data: full name, organisation, email address, phone number.
- Request data: the subject and content of the message you send through the contact form.
- Security data: IP address and submission time, to prevent abuse of the form.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Responding to your requests, questions and quotation enquiries,
- Planning and delivering consulting and training services,
- Ensuring information security and preventing spam/abuse,
- Complying with legal obligations.
4. Legal Grounds and Collection Method
Your data is collected electronically via the contact form, email and phone, and processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5/2 of the KVKK: (c) necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract, (ç) compliance with a legal obligation and (f) the legitimate interests of the data controller.
5. Transfers
Your personal data is never sold. It may only be shared with competent public authorities where legally required, and with our hosting/email service providers to the extent necessary to provide the service, in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

7. Retention
Your data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and applicable legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to processing and claim compensation for damages.
You can submit requests to info@molarcevre.com or in writing to our company address (A. Öveçler Mh. 1322. Cad. No:12/8 Çankaya / Ankara, Türkiye). Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
